Nice quality, it seems, although the cushion is vinyl and I am not sure how long it will last if it gets regular use.It is well padded though and comfortable to sit on.Easily assembles in a matter of minutes. I got it on a Friday sale for 30 bucks and that is far and away the most I would pay for it.
