Hartford Modern Home Club Chair Review

I purchased two of these chairs, unpackaged and assembled them both. One of them felt soft and looked great, while the other looked cheap and the cushion felt stiff. I noticed the good chair had white plastic protectors under each of the legs, while the bad one had a tan plastic. I don't know if these chairs were made at different dates or what. I returned the cheap-looking chair and am trying to figure out how to get a good one now. I LOVE the good chair however.
