In this price range, I would have expected a few more features such as aseperately adjustable chair back and arms.The only adjustments on this chair are the hydraulic virtical adjustment and the tilt adjustment which also has a tension knob.The chair does not tilt back as far as I would have liked it to.The arms have plently of padding as well as the seat cushion and back cushion.Overall this is a very confortable chair right out of the box and is very sturdy.Assembley only took me about two minutes!Click Here to see more reviews about: Leather Executive High Back Chair Black
