The cover of this album is pretty, but the inside is not created like a "traditional" scrapbook or photo album.This is what the inside looks like: 30 8x10 off-white pages (thick and good quality) separated by thin sheets of protective tissue/paper (also attached to the binding, so they don't come out).If you want to use it as a scrapbook, keep in mind that: 1) it doesn't have protective plastic sleeves with pages that slip out (like typical scrapbooks), and 2) it's not a typical scrapbook size (12x12), so some scrapbook accessories may not coincide.If you want to use it as a photo album, you'd have to stick the photos directly to the pages and count on the tissue inserts to protect them.All in all, the album is good quality.Just be sure the inside is what you're looking for.

Cavallini Leather Journal - Moderno Style, 5x7 inch, Handbound in Italy Review

We got one of these journals, and my wife loves it.It's small so it's easy to take around and doesn't take up too much space on the shelf.My wife really likes that it had a lot of pages for such a compact journal.

We both like to write a lot in different journals and have a bunch for different purposes, trips, etc.We're always willing to try out a new journal.

The only thing about this journal is that you have to hold it open with your hand or arm while writing to keep the pages open, but for it to lay flat when open, it'd have to be huge.

Other than that, my wife really likes the color and that it's more easy to take around than other journals.
