Boss B8701 Executive Leather Chair, Black Review

Bought this chair two months ago and it's already broken.There was a loud crack and then then later in the day another cracking sound but not as loud.
Now the gas lift adjustment does not work. It also always did creak. And when you sit downthere is a loud sound like you are breaking gas which is a little embarassing. I don't know how to ship it back, since I live on an island in Alaska. PS the chair is not comfortable.Be forewarned!
