I have not had this for very long but so far I can say that this is a very nice looking and well built ottoman.Plenty of storage space.About 5 3/4 inches deep. I put all of my remotes, game controllers, some games, some movies and batteries in the storage space.Thick cushion.The cushion is pretty firm.Much more firm than my old ottoman but I think that is probably a good thing. It will probably soften up over time. Measuring from the floor to the top of the cushion it is about 16 inches. Perfect height for my couch. Has a good weight to it.Not easily knocked around.This came by Fedex which surprised me.I thought for sure that a courier would be used.I don't think the Fedex guy was too thrilled.It took 3 days to get to me using two day Amazon Prime shipping. Exactly what they said.That's all I have for now.
